Worn & Wound Heads to the West Coast for the Second Edition of the Windup San Francisco Fair

Worn & Wound is the world’s leading digital publication for value-driven horology. The eight-year-old website is also behind the Windup Watch Fair, which is, along with our own WatchTime New York and Los Angeles shows, one of the few truly great consumer-facing watch events in the United States. After starting the three-day long watch exhibition in New York in 2015, the Worn & Wound team expanded the show to San Francisco last year. Later this month on April 26 – 28, the fair returns to the West Coast for its second edition with some pretty fantastic brands planning to showcase their latest releases. These brands range from small-scale independents like Oak & Oscar, Monta Watch, Autodromo, Brew, Martenero, Farer, Seals Watch Co., and Vortic, to established Swiss and German players like Oris, Damasko, Archimede, Junghans, and Laco. Oris operates as the lead sponsor for the show, while the online marketplace StockX offers additional support as a featured sponsor.

The WatchTime team has attended the New York edition of the show for the past few years and we can attest to the fact that the Windup fair is a truly unique experience that combines both timepieces and watch accessories to great effect. If you haven’t had the chance to attend any of the Windup fairs over the years, we highly recommend you rectify that as soon as possible. As in the previous years, Windup San Francisco 2019 is completely free and open to the public. Check out the full list of brands below and scroll through the slide show to see some shots from last year’s fair.
